Fashion Editor Event at The Bowery.

Objective was to build fashion credibility and excitement around Old Navy's spring collection 70's revival story, engage editors with in-season product, and increase social engagement using #peaceloveoldnavy.

The Bowey Hotel space provided a unique backdrop of rescued brick walls, Moroccan tile floors, wood beamed ceilings, and an expansive outdoor terrace with city views. Raw elements, bold color and floral accents were layered throughout the space to set the tone on Old Navy's '70s Revival Spring Collection.

The Philosophy message is brought lightly and minimally by displaying the product emerging from a daisy flower. Blossoming from the key ingredient relays a sense of regrowth, healthiness, and floral beauty. The use of the blue acrylic material allows light to reflect and interact with the surface. As well as evokes a sense of airiness that can be associated to the feeling of a bright completion.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

detroit art Installation.

The dismantled state of the building has become an ordinary sight of everyday life in the Detroit Hamtramack area.

In effort to bring life to unknown parts of the city, an abondoned dollar store located in the downtown area served as a collaborative space. Hamtramack is a small borough surrounded by the city Detroit rich in history and a unique diverse culture. Hamtramack was originally settled by German farmers, but Polish immigrants flooded into the area when the Dodge brothers automotive plant opened in 1914, making it Michigan’s most internationally diverse city.

The ephemeral sculpture is made of automotive droppings found throughout the city; recycled car materials, drafting paper, aluminum and foam.

The stac

Cafe moves throughout the city of Milan sharing the story of American food.

Designed to take place during the 2015 World Expo held in Milan, Italy. The worlds fair theme explores “Feeding the planet, Energy for life."

American food has a reputation of being junk, fast, and processed. Project aims to provoke and change the conversation regarding American food by highlighting America’s urban agricultural system. The Stac is a mobile cafe that transforms and adapts to the environment its situated in throughout the city of Milan.

America is changing the food conversation.

A country fused by diversity, race, religion and people who live and celebrate freedom. American food is a fusion that refelects its different cultures brought by immigrants. Often influenced by region, each part of the United States has their own cuisine and styles of cooking.

Negative effects of food production have led to innovative changes in America’s Food culture. An example of this is the nationwide spread of Urban Farming. Making use of communities urban settings, americans are creating food grown locally.

Relate to American Food Culture. Provoke.

Relating to America’s food culture; addaptive to constant lifestyles and often taken “to go”, The Stac Cafe transforms and adapts throughout the city of Milan.
